JaxMax is shipped via FedEx ground. FedEx offers fast, professional and reliable service.

Transit times
FedEx transit times are between 1-5 business days. Our ordering and shipping area includes the United States and territories.

Shipping deadlines
Orders received by 3:00 pm est will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm est will ship the following business day.

Auto generated shipments
Shipments that are auto generated will ship the next business day.

Refunds
Should you be dissatisfied with any product, please return it to JaxMax within ten days of purchase for a full refund of the product price. Products must be returned to us in an undamaged state with original packaging and a copy of your receipt. Returned food products must contain at least 50% of the original product in the original bag. Food products received by us that are contaminated, containing insects, or where 50% or more of the product is missing are not eligible for refund. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

You must email service@jaxmax.com for an RMA#. Returns without RMA #'s will be rejected. You can also call 704.392.2982 and request an RMA #.
